When will my order be shipped?
All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne studio. During peak periods, please be mindful there may be slight delays – but we’ll always keep you updated. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real-time.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we do – for both standard and express domestic deliveries via Australia Post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we start preparing it immediately. If you need to make a change, please email us at info@redthelabel.com.au or contact us below as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide, including the U.S., U.K., Europe, Canada, and Asia. International shipping is calculated at checkout and includes tracked delivery via our trusted courier partners.
International Shipping Timeframes:
Standard International: 7–14 business days
Express International: 3–7 business days
Timeframes may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
Some international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Are your tracksuits unisex?
Our silhouettes are designed with the female form in mind, but many styles are worn comfortably by all genders. For a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up.

Each piece is ethically designed in Australia and produced with trusted manufacturing partners. Quality, comfort, and craftsmanship are at the core of everything we do.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Refunds are issued to your original payment method & return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you accept international returns?

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes – if your desired size is in stock, we’re happy to exchange provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order as due to limited stock availability, we suggest acting fast if you’re eyeing a specific size or colour.
