Pricing & Availability

 

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. Items are subject to availability, and in rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified via email with refund or exchange options.

 

 

Pre-Orders & Pre-Sale Items

 

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order or pre-sale items are provided in good faith and based on supplier timelines. However, delivery dates are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. RED The Label is not liable for any delays related to pre-sale stock.

If your cart contains both pre-sale and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available—unless you select and pay for split shipping at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

RED accepts returns for refund or store credit on full-priced items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, provided all return conditions are met.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for customers located in Australia, New Zealand, or the USA (see policy for exceptions).

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Shipping

 

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. RED is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or duties for international orders.

Promotions & Discount Codes

 

Only one discount code can be used per order. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added. RED The Label reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

 

 

Order Cancellations

 

We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed, due to our quick dispatch process. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
