Returns & Exchanges
At RED The Label, quality and care are at the heart of every piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to ensure your experience remains effortless.
Eligibility
Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned with all tags attached

Free from makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, odours, or signs of wear

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Please note: accessories, hats, and gift cards are final sale.
Change of Mind
We offer:

Exchange (subject to availability), or

Store credit valid for 12 months
Store credit is issued once your return has been received and approved.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@redthelabel.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.
All faults are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law. If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Refunds are available for approved faulty items or orders cancelled prior to dispatch.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
RED The Label will cover return shipping for approved faulty items.
We recommend using a trackable service.
How to Return

Return instructions will be provided via email.
Final Notes
Sale and promotional items may be final sale unless deemed faulty.
RED The Label reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
